Your inquiries about the project
The form collects your first and last name, email, preferred apartment type and consent. Your phone number, move-in period and message are optional. This information is used to process your inquiry and follow up on your interest in Le Phénix.
Subscribing to project updates is a separate, optional choice that is not preselected. Registering does not reserve an apartment or commit you to renting.
Processing and retention
In this validation version, inquiries are stored by Netlify Forms and accessible to the launch team to verify their processing. Once the service is launched, inquiries will be sent to the Le Phénix team’s lead management system. Information will be accessible to staff responsible for follow-up and the service providers required to operate it.
The site records the date and wording of your consent choices. The operator must define retention periods and the deletion procedure before launch.
Guide and frequently asked questions
The project guide offers preset questions and prepared answers, available directly in your browser. It has no message input and does not send questions to an AI service. To contact the team, use the registration form.
Browsing and external services
This version uses no advertising cookies or audience analytics. Images and fonts are hosted with the site. Temporary technical measures secure requests and limit abuse. When you open a link to Google Maps or the Ville de Montréal, that external service’s policies apply.
