WHY LE PHÉNIX?

Imagining what’s next.
A name with a story. A place given new life, and a project looking to the future.
In 2020, the team purchased a mixed-use building and began renovating it. In January 2022, a fire left the building uninhabitable. From that setback came the idea for a more ambitious project.
Acquiring the neighbouring building opened up new possibilities. Working with ZAA and in consultation with the borough, a vision took shape: add thoughtfully designed homes, make the most of natural light and bring new life to this corner of Ahuntsic.

Completion and rental occupancy are expected in early spring 2027. This is a tentative timeline and may change. Register to receive project updates.
What apartment types are planned?+
Le Phénix will offer 27 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in a four-storey building plus mezzanine. Five are two-level penthouses: 401, 402, 404, 406 and 407. Floor plans are available in the Apartments and Penthouses sections.
What are the rents?+
One-bedroom apartments start at $1,495 per month, two-bedroom apartments at $2,325 and three-bedroom apartments at $2,950. Availability and rent for each apartment must be confirmed with the team. Registering does not reserve an apartment.
Are appliances included?+
Yes. Six appliances are included in every apartment: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with integrated range hood, washer and dryer. Apartments have air conditioning. Kitchen and bathroom countertops and kitchen backsplashes are quartz.
Will parking and storage be available?+
Parking and storage are available at an additional cost. The team can confirm availability and pricing. Bicycle racks are also planned.
Can I visit or reserve now?+
You can register your interest now. The team will share details about visits and reservations. This website does not book appointments or reserve apartments.
Are pets allowed?+
